Giuliana Hays-Angelelli

Giuliana Hays-Angelelli is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Hays-Angelelli focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including labor and employment issues, contract disputes, and bankruptcy and creditor's rights matters.

Ms. Hays-Angelelli is a skilled advocate and negotiator with experience crafting creative resolutions in multiparty disputes. She assists clients at all stages of litigation, from early case assessment through dispositive motions, settlement negotiations and trial.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Hays-Angelelli serves as a coach for the Texas Tech University School of Law's national negotiations team and mentors the next generation of advocates.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Hays-Angelelli was an associate in the Dallas office of a full-service law firm, gaining experience in employment discrimination litigation and summary judgment motion practice.
