Nikolai J. Hood

Nikolai J. Hood is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office, where he focuses on corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Hood was a summer associate in the firm's Houston office, where he gained experience assisting on corporate matters and energy transactions.

While in law school, Mr. Hood worked as a legislative assistant at the U.S. House of Representatives. As an undergraduate, Mr. Hood served as a judicial intern for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Marvin Isgur.
