Overview
Chase Ingle is a public affairs advisor in Holland & Knight's Nashville office who focuses on state public policy and regulation.
Mr. Ingle brings extensive knowledge of the legislative and regulatory processes in state government, which he gained from working in the Tennessee General Assembly House of Representatives and Senate.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Ingle served as the senior legislative advisor for Tennessee House Majority Leader Rep. William Lamberth, where he assisted with appropriations and other policy matters. In this role, Mr. Ingle worked extensively on notable pieces of state legislation, including the Transportation Modernization Act, Franchise and Excise Tax reforms and the Ensuring Likeness, Voice and Image Security (ELVIS) Act, which protects musicians and songwriters' intellectual property.
Previously, Mr. Ingle served as director of external affairs for the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission.
