Eliza Monique Jaen

Eliza Jaén is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Ms. Jaén focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, representing lenders, borrowers, developers, investors and owners in portfolio and single-asset acquisitions and dispositions, financings, development projects, joint ventures and leasing matters. Clients rely on Ms. Jaén to guide them through sophisticated financing transactions, corporate real estate matters and large portfolio transactions involving a variety of asset classes.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Jaén was a real estate associate at an international law firm, where she represented lenders and borrowers in complex commercial real estate transactions, including large-scale financings, joint ventures and portfolio acquisitions. She also advised on the real estate aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), managed transaction diligence and closings, and worked on investment fund matters, including fund formation documents and related transactional agreements.
