Overview

Danielle Johns is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. Johns serves individuals, families, and family-owned and public companies seeking representation and defense in contract disputes, complex commercial litigation disputes and other business matters. Ms. Johns focuses her practice on trust and estate disputes, breach of fiduciary duty matters, business torts and intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright disputes, many of which operate in the financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, and technology and telecommunications industries.
