Overview

Caitlin Keliher is a senior public affairs advisor in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office. Ms. Keliher brings experience in management consulting, project finance and policy research to a range of sectors, including energy, critical minerals, transmission, advanced manufacturing, transportation and aviation.

Ms. Keliher primarily supports companies and organizations pursuing federal finance and funding opportunities at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Export-Import Bank of the U.S. (EXIM) and U.S. Department of War (DOW). She brings a keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to understand clients' business needs and guide them at all stages of the federal funding process – from identifying and mapping potential opportunities and coalition building to commercial strategy, application support and, ultimately, due diligence and negotiations.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Keliher was a director at a public affairs firm, where she advised on energy and infrastructure projects and helped clients secure more than $18.5 billion in federal funding.

Previously, Ms. Keliher was a management consultant in a public sector practice, where she advised state and local governments on the implementation of environmental, infrastructure and economic development programs in the Northeast. She also served as a research assistant at an academic think tank and a service fellow in Nanjing, China.
