Overview
Allie Kellett is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office who focuses her practice on real estate transactions.
In addition, Ms. Kellett has experience with purchase and sale agreements, as well as matters involving real estate developments and other aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Kellett was a summer associate in the Jacksonville office, where she worked with attorneys on real estate and corporate matters.
While in law school, Ms. Kellett served as an executive articles editor for the Mississippi Law Journal and the Federal Courts Law Review. In addition, she served as a student attorney for the Low-Income Housing Clinic, where she assisted individuals and families facing eviction, foreclosure and other property disputes, as well as the Transactional Clinic, assisting entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations with their day-to-day organizational duties.
