Olivia Y. Klein

Olivia Y. Klein represents companies and individuals in all aspects of state and local tax (SALT) planning and controversy matters, helping clients manage their tax obligations and resolve disputes with taxing authorities.

Based in Philadelphia, Olivia is actively involved in the American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Section, which keeps her engaged with the developments that affect her clients. She serves as co-vice chair of the ABA's Women in Tax Forum (WITF) and is a member of the ABA's SALT Executive Committee, where she serves on the Sales and Use Tax Subcommittee.

Olivia also brings prior experience at a tax-focused law firm in the city to her work for clients.

During law school, Olivia interned with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and was a student attorney in the Villanova Law Federal Tax Clinic. This early exposure to both government and taxpayer perspectives informs the practical guidance she provides on state and local tax matters.
