Olivia Y. Klein

Olivia Y. Klein is a tax attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Klein represents companies and individuals in all aspects of state and local tax planning and controversy matters.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Klein is actively involved in the American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Section. She serves as co-vice chair of the ABA's Women in Tax Forum (WITF) and is also a member of the ABA's State and Local Tax (SALT) Executive Committee, where she serves on the Sales and Use Tax Subcommittee.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Klein was an attorney at a tax-focused law firm in Philadelphia.

During law school, Ms. Klein interned with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and was a student attorney in the Villanova Law Federal Tax Clinic.
