Alexis Kulik

Alexis Kulik is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office, where she focuses her practice on a variety of corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Ms. Kulik was a summer associate in the Houston office, where she gained experience in corporate deals within the energy and finance sectors and participated in pro bono initiatives.

While in law school, Ms. Kulik served as managing editor of the Houston Journal of International Law and held leadership roles on the moot court team. She also worked as a research assistant, contributing to scholarship in legal ethics, judicial biography and constitutional law.

Before beginning her legal career, Ms. Kulik held positions in nonprofit development and government affairs with a local nonprofit and participated in AmeriCorps.
