Overview
Erin Lee is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Ms. Lee focuses her practice on commercial litigation and counsels clients on matters involving commercial real estate and real estate capital markets.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Lee was a summer law clerk in the New York office.
While in law school, Ms. Lee served as a senior articles editor of the Fordham Law Review and the Kaufman Securities Law Editor of the Fordham Law Moot Court Board. She also competed in the William B. Spong Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition. Additionally, Ms. Lee was a judicial intern for the Honorable Kiyo A. Matsumoto of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Prior to law school, Ms. Lee worked as a paralegal in the Trial Division at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.
