Overview

Will Lee is a private wealth services attorney in Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office who focuses his practice on complex trusts and estates litigation.

Mr. Lee's practice includes representing individuals, families, charitable institutions and high-net-worth individuals and their entities in litigation involving will and trust disputes, breach of fiduciary duty matters and elder abuse claims.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Lee was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Carmen McLean in the probate division of the Superior Court of the District of Colombia, where he worked on trusts, estates and conservatorship matters.

While in law school, Mr. Lee represented victims of intrafamily violence as a student attorney at the Georgetown University Law Center's Domestic Violence Clinic.
