Overview

Ferrell Littlejohn is a corporate lawyer in Holland & Knight's New York office. Ms. Littlejohn focuses her practice on general corporate matters, including corporate transactions and corporate governance.

While in law school, Ms. Littlejohn served as vice president for Fordham's Black Law Students Association, and she was active in the Dispute Resolution Society, where she served as a competitor for the International Mediation Team. Additionally, she served as an intern at the Federal Defenders of New York, Eastern District of New York, and was a student clinician in the Global Anti-Racism Clinic, where she aided the work of the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD).

Prior to law school, Ms. Littlejohn was a finance officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, where she sourced, tracked and managed annual government-appropriated funds totaling more than $100 million, and trained military leaders in matters of fiscal law and fiscal responsibility.
