Overview

Donald Molosky is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the Tax Credit & Community Development Finance Practice. Mr. Molosky focuses his practice on tax and business law, with an emphasis on transactions financed with a variety of tax credits and other tax advantages.

While in law school, Mr. Molosky worked as a summer legal intern at a family-owned community bank, where he encountered a variety of financial services legal matters involving commercial lending and Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) compliance. Mr. Molosky was also a law student intern at the Veterans Justice Project at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School and served as an executive editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest.
