Ana Moreno

Ana Moreno is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Financial Services Practice Group. Ms. Moreno handles a wide range of financial services issues, including representing business entities and financial institutions in lending and investment transactions.

During law school, Ms. Moreno served as the executive editor of the Texas A&M Journal of Property Law and treasurer of the International Law Society. She also participated in the school's Trademark and Copyright Clinic, where she gained exposure to trademark filings.

Additionally, Ms. Moreno interned at Mosaic Family Services, where she assisted in the legal department and provided family law and immigration services to victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.

Representative Experience

• Represented industrial services client in $75 million expansion of its existing $200 million term loan facility and related amendment to its LLC Agreement to allow for the loan proceeds to be utilized to fund a mini-liquidity event by repurchasing certain equity securities and distributing the remaining proceeds to equity owners
