Overview
Megan Neal is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Neal focuses her practice on complex commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Neal served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of North Carolina, Middle District of Alabama and Northern District of Mississippi, where she gained experience in federal court litigation and complex civil matters.
While in law school, Ms. Neal served as an executive editor of the Wake Forest Law Review. In addition, she externed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
