Louisa O'Kelly is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Ms. O'Kelly focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and financing transactions.
Ms. O'Kelly has experience representing clients across a broad range of asset classes, including office and industrial buildings, retail, mixed-use and hospitality projects nationwide.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. O'Kelly was an attorney at a global law firm in its Boston office. While in law school, she served as an intern for the Honorable Elspeth B. Cypher of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and was an article editor for the Journal of Science & Technology Law.
