Marissa Palladini

Marissa Palladini represents clients in high-stakes probate and fiduciary litigation, helping them protect their interests in complex trust and estate disputes. Based in Boston, she handles breach of fiduciary duty actions, trust and will contests, inheritance interference actions, contested accountings and other complex probate and fiduciary matters.

Marissa brings a broad litigation foundation to her practice. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, she was a litigation attorney with a regional Boston-based law firm, where she defended individuals and corporations in a variety of complex civil matters. Earlier, she worked as a litigation paralegal, gaining a ground-level view of how cases are built and managed.

In law school, Marissa was a member of the Justice Sandra Day O'Connor Honors Program, received several New England Scholar Awards and served as an executive articles editor for the New England Law Review. Her combination of civil litigation experience and probate focus positions her to help clients navigate fiduciary disputes with a well-rounded litigation perspective.
