Overview
Marissa Palladini is a private wealth services attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office. Ms. Palladini focuses her practice on high-stakes probate and fiduciary litigation, advising clients on a broad range of trust and estate disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty actions, trust and will contests, inheritance interference actions, contested accountings and other complex probate and fiduciary litigation matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Palladini was a litigation attorney with a regional law firm based in Boston, where she defended individuals and corporations in a variety of complex civil matters.
Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Palladini worked as a litigation paralegal. While in law school, she was a member of the Justice Sandra Day O'Connor Honors Program, received several New England Scholar Awards, and served as an executive articles editor for the New England Law Review.
