Lindsay Parish

Lindsay Parish is a business attorney in Holland and Knight's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Financial Services Practice Group. Ms. Parish handles a wide variety of financial services issues such as representing business entities and financial institutions in lending and investment transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Parish was a summer associate in the firm's Dallas office, where she gained experience in finance, corporate and tax matters.

While in law school, Ms. Parish served as an articles editor of the Texas Tech Law Review and interned for the Supreme Court of Texas.

Prior to law school, Ms. Parish taught middle school history and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa, where she lived and worked as a small business development advisor.
