Overview
Delia Parker is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Parker focuses her practice on complex litigation matters in state and federal court. She is experienced in analyzing complex procedural and evidentiary issues.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Parker served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable K. Michael Moore of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
While in law school, Ms. Parker served as a senior articles editor for the Fordham Law Review. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Ramon E. Reyes during his tenure as a magistrate judge for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and as a judicial extern to the Honorable George B. Daniels of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
