Samuel D. Pinkston

Sam Pinkston is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Pinkston represents financial institutions and private capital funds in connection with lending and investment transactions, including senior debt financing, structured financing, asset-based and cash flow lending and other forms of debt and equity financing.

During law school, Mr. Pinkston interned for Justice Lang-Miers of the Fifth District Court of Appeals, advocated for clients as a member of the SMU Civil Clinic and was an articles editor for the SMU Law Review.
