Vaghif Salem

Vaghif Salem is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Mr. Salem represents lenders and arrangers in the structuring, negotiation, documentation and closing of a broad variety of lending and commercial transactions.

Mr. Salem's practice extends to acquisition financing, cash flow and asset-based lending, as well as other capital market transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Salem was an attorney at an international law firm in its Washington, D.C., office.
