William Andrew San Pedro

William A. San Pedro is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office, where he is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Mr. San Pedro focuses his practice on general and complex commercial litigation, where he represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts.

Mr. San Pedro also works with the firm's Global Compliance and Investigation team to represent clients in enforcement matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. San Pedro gained familiarity with the federal courts as a law clerk in the International Narcotics and Money Laundering Section at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida and as an extern in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also worked as a summer associate in Holland & Knight's Miami office.

While in law school, Mr. San Pedro served as an associate and then senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, as well as the vice president of the school's St. Thomas More Society.
