Wynter Haley Scott

Wynter Haley Scott is an litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Ms. Scott focuses her practice on a variety of regulatory and litigation matters.

Ms. Scott has a broad range of litigation and investigation experience, including drafting various pleadings, settlement agreements and motions; facilitating mediations; conducting legal research; and managing large e-discovery projects. In addition, Ms. Scott regularly assists financial services clients in understanding potential regulatory compliance obligations and developing strategies to mitigate risks.

While in law school, Ms. Scott interned with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Tennessee and participated in school's Criminal Practice Clinic. Additionally, Ms. Scott was a member of the Moot Court Board.
