Overview
Nisa Sheikh is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Ms. Sheikh focuses her practice on a variety of legal matters in real estate and real estate finance.
Ms. Sheikh represents landlords and tenants in the negotiations of leases. She also represents purchasers and sellers in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate, as well as institutional lenders, private lenders and borrowers in lending and investment transactions. Ms. Sheikh also assists clients in the acquisition and development of renewable energy real estate projects.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Sheikh was a summer associate in the firm's Dallas office. In this role, she gained experience assisting on real estate matters.
