Overview

Zachary "Zach" E. Sherman is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Mr. Sherman focuses his practice on general and complex commercial and corporate litigation, disputes and arbitrations. He also handles government investigations, consumer protection defense and compliance, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and related state claims.

In his commercial litigation practice, Mr. Sherman has represented clients in cases involving complex contractual, shareholder, and real property disputes. Across various types of matters, he has successfully negotiated and litigated cases resulting in favorable outcomes for his clients.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Sherman served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Edwin G. Torres of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

While in law school, Mr. Sherman was a member of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board and a semifinalist in the Emory Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition.
