Karson Silver

Karson Silver is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Tax Credit & Community Development Finance Practice. Ms. Silver focuses her practice in the areas of business and tax law, with an emphasis on transactions financed by low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC).

Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Ms. Silver was a paralegal assistant at the firm. Ms. Silver was also a summer associate and then law clerk in the firm's Boston office, where she focused primarily on assisting in the representation of equity investors in federal LIHTC transactions.
