Joshua Sims

Joshua Sims is a litigation and dispute resolution attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Mr. Sims focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on labor and employment law.

Mr. Sims has contributed to significant victories in complex trials and resolved intricate labor disputes across multiple industries.

In addition to his legal career, Mr. Sims is a dedicated advocate for education and community development. He is involved with nonprofits in Camden, New Jersey, where he writes grants and advises on growth strategies. His passion for helping others extends to his role as a college advisor, where he guides students in Camden through the college application process, empowering them to submit standout applications.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Sims was a summer associate at the firm's Philadelphia office.

While in law school, Mr. Sims excelled in trial competitions and earned the prestigious All-American title from the American Mock Trial Association.
