G. Max Skogstrom

George "Max" Skogstrom is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Tax Credit Transactions Practice. Mr. Skogstrom focuses his practice on the areas of business and tax law, with an emphasis on transactions financed by low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC).

During law school, Mr. Skogstrom spent two summers at the firm's Boston office, first as a law clerk and subsequently as a summer associate. Over this time, he was exposed to a variety of corporate legal matters, but focused primarily on assisting in the representation of equity investors in federal LIHTC and NMTC transactions.
