Overview

Kendall Jensen Smith is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office. Ms. Smith focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate transactions, securities law and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Ms. Smith was a summer associate in the firm's Jacksonville office, where she worked with a wide range of business attorneys across several practice groups. She also interned for the Honorable Patricia D. Barksdale of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Previously, Ms. Smith was an intern in the legal department of a preeminent national owner, operator and developer of commercial real estate, where she gained experience working with in-house counsel on matters related to commercial leasing, property development and corporate governance.

While in law school, Ms. Smith served as a forum editor of the Florida Law Review, as well as president of the Law Association for Women.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Smith worked as a paralegal for a boutique personal injury law firm.
