Overview
Andrea Stein is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office. Ms. Stein focuses her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Stein served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William B. Porter of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, where she worked on diverse matters related to business torts, labor and employment issues, trademarks and class actions. Ms. Stein also interned at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as for the Honorable Rudolph Contreras of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
During law school, Ms. Stein was a member of The George Washington International Law Review and moot court board. She also worked as a research assistant and teaching assistant for legal writing and torts courses. Additionally, Ms. Stein gained experience providing legal assistance to low-wage workers through her law school's Access to Justice Clinic – Workers' Rights Division.
