Overview
Nicole Stern is a trusts and estates attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the Private Wealth Services Group. Ms. Stern routinely works with high-net-worth individuals and families on the preparation of wills, trusts, durable power of attorneys and healthcare powers of attorneys.
In addition, Ms. Stern assists with saving federal and state estate taxes. She also has experience in assisting families with probating estates and guiding clients through trust and estate administration.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Stern was a trusts and estates paralegal for more than 13 years.
