Nicole Stern

Nicole Stern works with high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and administration, helping them prepare for the future, minimize federal and state estate taxes, and navigate the process after a loved one's death. Based in Washington, D.C., she is a member of Holland & Knight's Private Wealth Services Group.

Nicole prepares wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and healthcare powers of attorney, and she assists clients with planning designed to reduce federal and state estate taxes. She also guides families through probating estates and the administration of trusts and estates.

Before becoming an attorney, Nicole spent more than 13 years as a trusts and estates paralegal. That hands-on background gives her a practical command of the documents and procedures that keep estate plans and administrations moving efficiently.
