Nicole Strong

Nicole Strong is a real estate attorney in Holland and Knight's Dallas office. Ms. Strong focuses her practice on a variety of real estate and real estate finance matters. She currently assists clients in the acquisition and development of residential and renewable energy real estate projects. Additionally, Ms. Strong represents lenders and borrowers in connection with various lending transactions secured by commercial real estate. Finally, she guides equine industry clients in connection with the development and operations of equestrian facilities.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Strong was a summer associate in the firm's Dallas office. In this role, she gained experience assisting on real estate, real estate finance and land use matters.
