Daniel Sullivan

Daniel Sullivan is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice. Mr. Sullivan focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Sullivan is active in pro bono work and completed more than 100 hours of pro bono service while in law school. During his year-long clinical program, he assisted in the organization and formation of multiple nonprofit corporations throughout the Boston area. Mr. Sullivan also successfully assisted an Afghan refugee evacuate his family from Afghanistan and aided them in completing their visa applications.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Mr. Sullivan was a summer associate in the firm's Boston office. He is also a veteran who served for more than seven years in the Massachusetts Army National Guard and U.S. Army and was deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq.
