Macy Szalay

Macy Szalay is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office, where she advises clients on complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and other corporate governance matters.

Ms. Szalay works extensively with strategic and private equity investors on transactions, particularly within the healthcare industry.

While in law school, Ms. Szalay served as an articles and notes editor for the Belmont Law Review.
