Ashley Tarng

Ashley Tarng is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the Tax Practice. Ms. Tarng focuses her practice on international, federal, and state and local tax matters.

Ms. Tarng has considerable training in tax law and has completed extensive coursework in international taxation and partnership taxation.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Tarng was a law clerk in the Tax Litigation Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, where she gained valuable experience in tax controversy and state and local tax matters.

While in law school, Ms. Tarng served as clinic chief of the Federal Income Tax Clinic and as president for the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
