Ashley Tarng

Ashley Tarng brings extensive coursework in international and partnership taxation to her work advising clients on tax matters across jurisdictions. As a member of Holland & Knight's Tax Practice, she draws on tax controversy experience and leadership developed through law school clinic work.

Ashley has completed extensive coursework in international taxation and partnership taxation, giving her a solid foundation in the technical issues that arise in cross-border and pass-through structures.

Before joining the Firm, she was a law clerk in the Tax Litigation Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, where she gained experience in tax controversy and state and local tax matters.

During law school, Ashley served as clinic chief of the Federal Income Tax Clinic and as president of the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, reflecting an early commitment to both tax practice and leadership.
