Overview
Rachel Tom-Quinn is a labor and employment attorney who assists clients across industries with a wide range of employment-related disputes, including Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Title VII lawsuits, as well as breach of contract allegations. She also advises employers on labor relations matters, including collective bargaining agreement negotiations and union grievance proceedings. Ms. Tom-Quinn has assisted clients through collective bargaining negotiations and represented employers in mediation involving wrongful termination grievances, providing practical, business-focused guidance in both litigation and labor management matters. Her clients include healthcare providers, hospitality companies, transportation and logistics businesses and professional services organizations.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Tom-Quinn gained valuable experience as a human resources (HR) associate for Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs & Co. where she managed learning and development programs for their sales and trading and investment management groups. She also managed employee relationships and vendor contracts, compliance and oversaw large program budgets. Her background in human resources gives her insight into clients' needs and priorities.
