Overview
Brenna M. Toomey is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Section. Ms. Toomey focuses her practice on representing portfolio and mezzanine lenders, collateralized loan obligation (CLO) and certified development company (CDC) managers and commercial mortgage-backed security (CMBS) originators in a range of complex financing transactions, including permanent and construction loans, and loans intended for securitizing as CMBS.
Ms. Toomey also represents developers, owners and investors in the purchase, sale, financing and development of retail, office, multifamily and mixed-use properties.
During law school, Ms. Toomey was the managing editor for the Northeastern University Law Review. She also served as an intern for the Honorable Donald Cabell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
