Maxwell Unterhalter

Maxwell Unterhalter is a finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Orlando office and a member of the Financial Services Team. Mr. Unterhalter's practice focuses on representing financial institutions and banks in a broad range of finance transactions.

Mr. Unterhalter handles domestic and cross-border financings, leveraged recapitalizations and refinancings, first-out-last-out structures and debt restructurings. He also has experience in sponsor-led acquisition financings, cash flow-based facilities, asset-based facilities and other similar financing matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Unterhalter was a member of the direct lending finance group of a large international law firm, where he focused on direct lending, restructuring matters and liability management transactions.
