William (Liam) Walsh

William "Liam" Walsh is a private wealth services attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office, where he focuses his practice on high-stakes probate and fiduciary litigation. Mr. Walsh is involved in a wide range of trust and estate disputes as well as probate and fiduciary litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary duty actions, trust and will contests, inheritance interference actions, contested accountings, and other probate and fiduciary litigation matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Walsh practiced as a trial attorney with two boutique Boston law firms, where he provided litigation and risk-management counsel to clients on a variety of complicated matters.
