Miranda P. Wheeler is an Newport Beach attorney in Holland & Knight's West Coast Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Wheeler focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and class actions, particularly involving corporate shareholder disputes, violations of securities laws and claims of breach of fiduciary duty and fraud.
