Overview

Lee Williams is a litigator and real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Mr. Williams focuses his practice on complex commercial and real estate litigation.

Mr. Williams represents institutional lenders, including national banks, special servicers and investment banks, in creditors' rights litigation, insolvency, loan restructurings and workouts.

In addition, Mr. Williams has significant experience litigating high-stakes disputes involving claims related to financial fraud, the Civil Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), creditors' rights, commercial lease disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, joint ventures (JVs) and acquisitions, and shareholder disputes.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Williams was an attorney at an international law firm in New York.
