Daniel J. Wiseman

Daniel Wiseman is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and focuses his practice on financial services.

Mr. Wiseman represents financial institutions and private capital funds in connection with lending and investment transactions. He has experience handling a range of matters, including asset-based and cash flow lending, senior debt financing, equity financing and other forms of debt.

During law school, Mr. Wiseman served as a senior executive editor for the Baylor Law Review and was active in moot court.
