New Federal Lobbying and Ethics Law Webinar (Encore Presentation)

On September 14, President Bush signed the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act into law. In an ongoing effort to provide clients with an up-to-date summary of the changes and critical elements of the law that might affect them, Holland & Knight will be hosting an encore presentation of their September 17 webinar to review the changes to the Lobbying Disclosure Act, the House and Senate gift and travel rules, the new campaign finance disclosure requirements, and other changes made by S.1.

The webinar will be held Thursday, October 11 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and include a review of the existing rules and an explanation of how they change under the new law. Practical tips to avoid problems will be provided.
