THE U.S. - LATIN AMERICAN TAX PLANNING STRATEGIES CONFERENCE
This conference is designed for a wide range of practitioners, professionals, and in-house international tax personnel. It will address the key tax issues for U.S. and Latin American companies doing business in Latin America. The format will offer both a review of the basic issues and an in-depth discussion of the latest developments. Case studies will be used to underscore the effect of treaties, court decisions and domestic laws in several jurisdictions to provide an insight into local planning opportunities that Latin American and U.S. tax professionals will find particularly useful. Panels will feature leading practitioners and government representatives offering the latest perspectives from the United States and Latin America on such topics as Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions, Financing, and Transfer Pricing.
