Low Income Housing Tax Credits Partners James McDermott, Edward Hickey, LaFonte Nesbitt, Judy Crosby, and John D. Kelley will be speaking and moderating at the 18th Annual Affordable Housing and Community Development Law Conference titled, "Opportunities During Challenging Times."

This year's conference will discuss legislative changes that affect low income housing tax credits and other federal housing programs as well as focus on the overall recent efforts to revive the economy.  Various panels will address the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) including a roundtable with key congressional staff.

The three-day conference will be held from May 20-22, 2009 at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, D.C.  This event is sponsored and organized by The American Bar Association.
