Corporate attorneys, Jeffrey Seul and William Wise are faculty presenters at MCLE's program entitled, "What In-House Counsel Need to Know." As a result of the recessionary economy, in-house counsel are increasingly being asked to do more with less. On any given day, in-house counsel are expected to counsel internal clients, draft and negotiate contracts, handle disputes, advise on employment matters, manage outside counsel, forecast legal expenses, and work within the constraints of an ever-shrinking legal budget. Moreover, in-house counsel are often asked to tread these economically and ethically challenging waters without the benefit of training or prior experience. Attend this program to learn from your in-house counsel peers and those who regularly advise them.
