Although fundamentals in the Los Angeles office market appear to be improving, job growth continues to lag. Landlords and tenants are finding themselves at a crossroads facing obstacles to completing deals. Panelists will address which neighborhoods/streets are showing resurgence, whether TIs are being regularly funded, where rental rates are going, whether there is more confidence in the credit worthiness of tenants and landlords in 2011, and the implications of shadow space on direct and sublet space.
