Taxation Partner Bill Sherman will chair the International Tax section of the NYU 70th Institute on Federal Taxation. He will also speak on a panel titled "Pre-Immigration Income and Wealth Tax Planning."
Mr. Sherman will address tax planning strategies to minimize U.S. taxation of foreign persons becoming residents or citizens of the United States and the wealth transferred to U.S. persons.
