ABA Forum on Communications Law Annual Conference

Partners Judy Mercier and Tim Conner will speak at the ABA's Forum on Communications Law Annual Conference.

Ms. Mercier will participate in a workshop titled "Hot Issues in Newsgathering." This workshop will cover timely developments on: newsgathering torts; decorum orders and tweeting in the courtroom; avoiding potential newsgathering pitfalls arising from Facebook, MySpace and other social networking; citizen journalism; and user-generated content.

Mr. Conner will participate on a workshop titled "Training & Development Media Advocacy Workshop."
