12th Annual Hospitality Law Conference

Holland & Knight is pleased to sponsor the 2014 Annual Hospitality Law Conference. Real Estate Section Leader Joseph Guay will speak at the event that will cover the latest cases, trends and issues in hospitality development.

The Pre-Conference Workshops will take place on February 10 and will offer full day sessions on management agreements, new hotel developments, hotel investments, risk management, legal compliance and loss prevention and issues affecting corporate counsel.

The Hospitality Law Conference on February 11 and 12 will provide general sessions on franchising and hospitality litigation reviews. Break-out sessions will feature three topics: food and beverage, lodging, and human resources and labor relations.
